I try to move through the world in Peace & Joy!
My passion is co-creating spaces for healing, collaborating with YOU and the sacred sounds to clear energetic blocks, creating opportunities for you to align with your Divine Essence, connect with your creativity and ignite passion in your relationships.
My intention of creating spaces for healing with sacred sounds is grounded in my own journey and transformational experience with the Himalayan singing bowls.
Several years ago, after the passing of my father, the healing bowls unexpectedly came into my life—offering me an opportunity to move through this experience in unexpected, yet welcomed ways. The subtle sounds & vibrations carried me back to myself, connecting me with my intuition and my true essence.
I’ll admit, I was a skeptic at first. While in retreat with mom and friends, I participated in a sound meditation. The sounds and the vibrations encouraged a deep relaxation and soothing of my mind, body and spirit. When the sound Practitioner offered a deeper experience of putting a singing bowl on my head---I was not buying it! But hey! It looked harmless, what did I have to lose?
So, bowl on my head and one strike of the bowl, then a second strike of the bowl and then a third and BAM! I began to feel energy loosen and fly across my forehead-zoom, zoom, zoom! When the Practitioner took the bowl off my head, I was in tears and she asked, “How was that?” When I could form words again, I responded, “What was that?” That was my Soul and Divine Essence coming back online.

- I am a Certified Mindfulness & Meditation teacher trained through the McLean Meditation Institute
- I am a Certified Reiki Master
- I am a psychotherapist with 25 years of meeting people on their journey
- My favorite ways to harness the sounds & vibrations are in healing myself, create healing space for others, or training others to use sound in their communities
